Gracewood Communities will offer seniors a full suite of quality in-home services and on-site accommodation and care. It’s up to you where you want to live and what services you’d like us to provide. Our services will include:
Services in the comfort of your own home
Whether you choose to live in your own home or within our community, we can provide the services you need. You may want some assistance with cleaning or need some help with meal preparation or showering. You can choose to access as little or as much help as you want.
Gracewood Wellness Centres
Selected Gracewood Communities will feature a seniors-only gymnasium and heated lap-pool, as well as access to medical consulting rooms and more. These amenities may be available to if you live on-site or in the surrounding community.
Respite Services
A range of respite services will be available in a Gracewood Community for a short stay if needed.
There will also be the option of living within The Gracewood Community in either Independent Living Apartments or an Aged Care Centre.
