Friend Civil is currently building the roads around the site and they will be completed by September 2011. Broad Construction has been appointed to start construction. Broad Construction Services is a National construction company with offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Broad has a long history in successfully delivering Award winning Aged Care facilities across the country. They will be building the first stage of 73 apartments, wellness centre and clubhouse. The development is on track to be completed by September 2012.

30-07-2010 - Development Application to construct our very first community in North West Sydney has been lodged
We are pleased to announce that a Development Application to construct our very first community in North West Sydney has been lodged. The Kellyville Development consisting of 231 Independant Living Apartments and a Residential Aged Care Facility consisting of 128 rooms and 160 beds, is now in the process of being accessed with the Department of Planning.
The Development Application for Griffith and Red Hill in the ACT is now being accessed with the department of planning.
